Terms of Service

Therapeutic massage only

All services booked through Sabaihour are legitimate, professional, therapeutic massage. Sexual or inappropriate requests are strictly prohibited and lead to a permanent ban.

Booking fee and refunds

A booking fee is paid online to reserve your therapist. It is refunded in full if you cancel more than 24 hours before your massage. After that it is non-refundable, except when we can't arrange a therapist for your booking. If your therapist can't make it, our team arranges a replacement. The rest of the price is paid to your therapist.

Changing or cancelling

You can change the time or cancel from “My bookings” up to 2 hours before your massage. Cancel more than 24 hours before and the booking fee is refunded in full, automatically. Changing the time doesn't restart the 24 hours: they count from the time you first booked.
