Safety & Trust

Safety is the foundation of Sabaihour, for guests and for therapists.

ID-verified therapists

Every therapist sends a government ID card or passport and photos. Our team checks the name and face match before the profile goes live.

Every booking is tracked

• Every booking is prepaid and recorded, so we always know who is going where, and when.
• Your phone number and room number are shared only with the therapist who accepts, and only after they accept.
• Our team is on WhatsApp throughout your booking. Therapists can report a problem or a no-show instantly from their dashboard.

Reviews from real guests

Only guests with a completed booking can rate their therapist. If anything goes wrong, tell our team at any time.

Legitimate therapeutic massage only

Sabaihour offers professional, therapeutic massage only. Any inappropriate request or behaviour leads to a permanent ban without refund.
