Privacy Policy

Sabaihour (“we”) respects your privacy and follows Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Guests: name, phone/WhatsApp, email (optional), the location you pin, hotel name and room number, notes for your therapist, and reviews.
• Therapists: full name, display name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), working areas and hours, photos, and a photo of an ID card or passport to verify identity.
• Hotel partners: hotel details, contact person, phone, email and payout account.

Why we use it

To run bookings, send booking messages on WhatsApp, verify therapists, pay hotel commissions and keep everyone safe. We never sell your data.

Who sees it

• Therapists see a guest's name, phone and room number only after they accept the booking.
• Hotel partners never see guests' personal details, only booking counts and earnings.
• Our service providers: payments (Omise), messaging (WhatsApp), maps and hosting.

How long we keep it

• Therapists' ID photos are deleted as soon as we've reviewed the application. We keep only a note that the check was done.
• Booking records are kept for 2 years for accounting and safety.

Your rights
